Delivery

‍ We currently ship within the UK only.

• Dispatch: orders are dispatched within 3 working days of purchase, as each piece is packed individually.

• Delivery time: typically 2-4 working days from dispatch via Royal Mail Tracked.

• Delivery cost: £5.00 per order

‍Risk in the goods passes to you once they're delivered to the address you provided. If you think your order has gone missing, contact us and we'll help track it down.

‍Returns

‍We hope you love your purchase, however, if you wish to return an item, please email hello@arosearisen.com within 14 days of receipt of your item.

Items must be sent within 14 days of receipt. They must be unworn, with all tags and labels intact and in the original packaging. Please note customers are liable for return shipping costs and any duty fees where applicable.

‍ Please make sure return packages are insured and tracked. Arose Arisen is not responsible for them until they have been received.

‍Once the item is received, inspected and subject to approval, we will refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receipt.

‍Faulty or not-as-described items: If an item is faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality, contact us and we'll sort out a refund, repair or replacement as appropriate.
